3. Send your Stock

Once the set-up phase is complete, we’ll be ready to receive your stock into our warehouses. Send your barcoded products to us and rest assured that upon their arrival, they will be handled with the highest levels of care and attention. The Rocket team will check, process, and store your products safely, ensuring that transition downtime is kept to an absolute minimum.

4. Start Selling

With your product stored safely and your store connected you are ready to start selling! Every order is seamlessly received by our software. You can keep a real-time view of dispatch status through your own portal access, log in credentials for which will be provided during the set-up phase. Our warehouse management inventory system will ensure that allocated product is deducted from the stock holding available to sell on your website so that stock figures are always accurate.

5. Pick with Precision

When an order comes in, our fulfilment team gets to work. We pick your products using scan guns, verifying the barcodes of all items picked and packed to ensure that we achieve and maintain the high levels of accuracy on which we pride ourselves.

6. Pack with Care

Our expert team really do pack your products with all the care and attention that any founder would. We will ensure that all orders are packed in accordance with your instructions inclusive of any flyers, tissue-wrap, branded tape or other specifics – we will go over and above to achieve perfect presentation.

7. Dispatch
