What product categories do you specialise in?
We specialise in smaller, lighter items, including clothing, jewellery, supplements, accessories, cosmetics, bags, toys, and more. Our team is detail-oriented and adept at implementing complex packing instructions when required, ensuring the best possible experience for the consumer upon receiving their order.
Which websites and marketplaces can you integrate with?
We believe our software is the leading Warehouse Management System (WMS) on the market. As such, we offer a broad range of integrations, spanning ecommerce websites, marketplaces, and couriers. Our goal is to achieve maximum automation for our multi-channel clients, providing seamless fulfilment solutions across all platforms.
What are the prerequisites for outsourcing my fulfilment to Rocket?
The only prerequisite is that each individual SKU must have its own unique barcode. Once that’s in place, if the product type and order volume/storage ratio align with our model, we’ll proceed with preparing a custom quote for you.
